Any discount/promotion codes can be entered when you get to the checkout page. You'll find the box on the right hand side of the page underneath the products that you're purchasing. Enter your code in the 'discount code' box and click 'apply' once applied you'll see your discount code and value below the subtotal.

Our aim is to ensure our customers are happy and help as much as we are able to. We understand that you might change your mind or problems do occur with items. We offer returns within 14 days of your delivery date. To begin your return, please complete our Returns Form.
Please Note: Any products purchased from our clearance section are not eligible for return or exchange unless confirmed to be damaged or faulty by us. Please also ensure that all damages or faults are reported to us within 24 hours of your delivery time. When should I expect to receive my order?
One of our main ambitions is to have your order with you as soon as possible. As standard we use only tracked services for our deliveries. Some of our items are delivered directly from the supplier as this allows us to fulfil your order the following business day. Orders are despatched within 1-2 business days of your order confirmation date, and delivered the following business day if placed before 3pm Mon - Fri.

Orders which have not yet been processed or despatched can be cancelled. Please contact us straight away without any delays to cancel your order. We stress that contacting us by phone on +44 (0) 1234 860 230 in these instances is best. This helps us to resolve these situations much faster and prevent unwanted or incorrect orders leaving us.
Please Note: all orders are processed for despatch at 3pm Mon - Fri meaning if you contact us to cancel your order after this time, your order will have already been processed, despatched and unable to be cancelled. We cannot intercept live shipments with our carriers.
